THE NAVO 42 CONCEPT
A clean-sheet family vehicle for the water.
42 FT LOA · 17 FT BEAM
WHAT IF WE STARTED OVER?
A different kind of vehicle.
Traditional boats ask the owner to manage engines, generators, pumps, valves, tanks, gauges and switches from a dozen suppliers.
NAVO turns propulsion, energy, climate, water and navigation into one intelligent machine.
ONE VEHICLE · ONE SOFTWARE LAYER · ONE EXPERIENCE
01 / NAVO DRIVE
Four independent motors. Omnidirectional control. No bow thruster. No engine juggling.
SIDEWAYS.Bow and stern translate together. The whole vehicle walks.
FOUR MOTORS. INFINITE MOVEMENT.

02 / THE PROTECTED CORE
Four identical azimuthing electric propulsors form a wide, symmetrical rectangle inside the protected hull planform. Each rotates through 360°, retracts flush behind multi-flap ports, and stays protected until it is needed.
ALL PODS NOMINALVECTOR CONTROL ACTIVE
Four identical azimuthing propulsors, two forward and two aft in a wide symmetrical rectangle. Software aims every vector, hundreds of times a second.

03 / NAVO DOCK
Tap a berth. NAVO fuses cameras, depth, position and proximity, then coordinates every pod for whatever the berth calls for — gliding in bow-first, rotating to crab alongside, or backing into the slip.
Docking shouldn’t require engine choreography.

04 / NAVO HUD
Heading, speed, depth, energy and the route ahead project directly onto the windshield in calm blue light—so the helm watches the water instead of staring down at a complex video screen.
The instrument panel is the glass.
PROJECTION ACTIVEALL SYSTEMS NOMINAL · AUTO-DIM · DUSK
Underway, the essentials ride on the glass — heading, speed, depth, energy and the route — dimmed to match the water behind them.
05 / NAVO PILOT
NAVO considers weather, tide, traffic, depth, comfort and reserve—then gives the family the answer that matters.
Navigation without navigating.
Waiting for the family to pick a destination.
06 / NAVO ENERGY
The pods are always driven electrically. For longer missions, a series range extender quietly generates electricity; it never drives a propeller mechanically.
Silent, zero-emission running at the dock, at anchor and at low speed — while the full-roof solar panel tops the battery back up.

07 / NAVO SOLAR
The entire roof — minus a few skylights — is one integrated solar panel. In normal sunny conditions it harvests enough to carry an overnight stay and keeps charging the battery whenever the sun is up.
Park it in the sun. Come back to a fuller battery.

08 / THE FAMILY SUV FOR WATER
A weather-protected living room, an effortless cockpit and real storage—designed for family life, not marina theater.

09 / A REAL HOME BELOW
Family design isn’t a brochure word — it’s square footage. Five days out means real clothes, real bathrooms and a place for everything, so the belowdecks is planned like a home, not a cuddy.
10 / INTELLIGENT SPACE
Nothing is here because “boats have always had one.” Every surface, system and cubic inch earns its place.
One giant custom glass interface shows context—not ten tiny displays fighting for attention.

11 / OPEN BOAT. CLOSED GT.
Full-height glass panels fold into slim pockets to open the salon to the roofed aft cockpit. Close them and the interior becomes a quiet, climate-controlled GT cabin.

12 / NAVO FLEX GALLEY
On the upper deck beside the salon and aft cockpit: household-scale replaceable cassettes share one marine-safe interface for power, water, drain and data.
CONFIGURED FOR FAMILY WEEKEND — REFRIGERATOR · DISHWASHER · PANTRY
Swap a refrigerator for a dishwasher. Add a freezer for five days out. Every household-scale cassette shares one marine-safe interface, so the galley changes with the mission — without a refit.

13 / COMFORT IS A SYSTEM
Active ride control anticipates motion underway. At rest, station hold, smart anchoring and assisted fenders remove the tiny stresses that consume a boating day.
14 / NAVO CLIMATE
Integrated air-source thermal management heats and cools the cabin, battery and electronics without a dedicated seawater intake.
Fewer holes. Fewer pumps. Less fouling.

15 / NAVO WATER
A shower that recirculates. A toilet that separates. A recovery system that treats water by purpose—so four people can stay out longer without carrying a floating utility plant.
THE SHOWER LOOP
Streams are managed by purpose — HVAC condensate supports suitable non-potable uses. No drinking-water reuse.
THE TOILET SYSTEM
Liquids and solids stop sharing a giant black-water tank. Liquids take an appropriate onboard treatment or holding path; solids collect in a sealed, removable cartridge — lower power, less flush water, a dramatically simpler service target. Concept intent, pending engineering and regulatory validation.
16 / SENSOR FUSION
Radar, cameras, positioning, depth, weather and vessel data become one world model—not six conflicting pictures.
17 / NAVO REMOTE
NAVO is completely remotely managed. Door, window, occupancy, bilge, high-water and power sensors report over a redundant Starlink and cellular connection — and every setting aboard, down to the A/C, is yours from anywhere.
The boat watches itself, so you don’t have to.
Any setting, from anywhere — climate, lighting, charging, security.
Wading at the sandbar? Send NAVO to a holding position offshore — then summon it back to pick you up when you’re ready.
18 / NAVO CARE
Solid-state electrical architecture observes every major load. NAVO finds drift before failure, explains what matters, and updates over the air.
